It was a fantastic day at Ford Meadow yesterday, one for everyone there to savour from club volunteers and officials to fans, players and the management team. The fans were brilliant and the players deserve a huge amount of credit for what was a scintillating display against the 3rd placed side in the league, I thought the lads showed a maturity above their ages yesterday and a big glimpse of exactly what they are capable of. It was Buckingham Town's day and no-one can take that away from us.
Now, feet back on the ground time and off to Wellingborough Whitworth FC next Saturday for the last act of the season and a tough game. There are several potential outcomes depending on other results on the day but we'll look to get at them and win the game from the first whistle, we can't leave anything to chance.
